"The Cekander Group first partnered with 24x7 Hospitality Technology during the opening of our fifth restaurant in March of 2008. Since then, we have continued to use 24x7 Hospitality at all of our new stores, and in April of 2011, we proceeded with retrofits at our four oldest stores, giving us a total of nine Buffalo Wild Wings with 24x7 Hospitality as our preferred point of sale provider.

The reasons for our continued partnership with 24x7 Hospitality are simple: A user-friendly POS system, a decrease in time for store managers fixing POS issues, and outstanding customer service. The system provided by 24x7 Hospitality is not only easy to learn, but easy to teach and train to new employees. Time-saving measures are in place which benefits both the employee and the guest. A vast majority of manager functions can be completed on the floor, keeping managers in front of staff and guests and not in the office.
